Provencal Chocolate “Olives”
NOTES: First uncovered by the chocolate detective in 1983, while visiting her beloved Provence. They are made from local almonds by the Doucet family who have been honing their craft for generations. These almonds are gently roasted before being covered in dark and white chocolate and then finished to look like glistening olives.
A touch sweeter than the dusted almonds, these have an enduring popularity thanks to their great flavour and because they really do look like olives.
Extremely hard to resist. Serve with cocktails to surprise your guests.
