Notes
This pun on silver fox came about because this is the Chinese year of the Ox and my husband James’ 60th birthday (1961) is this year, and he has a ‘few’ grey hairs! We were experimenting with dark milk chocolate blends and this 61% worked really well; hard to believe it only has 10% milk.
