Toasted Chocolate Hazelnuts
NOTES: First uncovered by the Chocolate Detective in 1983 while visiting her beloved Provence. They are made from local hazelnuts by the Doucet family who have been honing their craft for generations. These hazelnuts are roasted & caramelised before being covered in milk and white chocolate. There’s just a faint hint of herbs in the caramel.
Crunchy, and incredibly more-ish, always keep a spare bag tucked away for yourself!
